Most of our items are made to order. In order for us to remain sustainable, we have a 5-7 working day production time. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery.

We are a small, family run business and each item will be carefully made, wrapped, packed and sent as soon as we can.

To maintain the integrity of the product and looking good for years to come, please follow these guidelines:

• Wash on cool - no hotter than 30°C

• Turn the product inside out before washing to protect the printed design

• Avoid tumble drying - Hang the item up to air dry (better for the planet)

• Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals on this product

• Iron on a low heat and avoid directly ironing onto the printed design to maintain the integrity
