Free Shipping on all orders over £75  in the UK. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be made and processed. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 24hr or 48hr tracked. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be made and processed. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked 5-7 working days. Any Customs and Tax fees will need to be paid by the customer in their receiving country and Aspen & Spur will not be liable for this fee. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout by weight and fees are calculated by using the Royal Mail website and in line with their policies.

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

The email address for customisation is info@aspenspur.com, please check your spam and junk folders. The product is customised and therefore a 10 day turnaround policy is in place for the process, especially for specific product requirements. The item then needs to be made and sent out. The customised products will then be sent via royal mail 48 hour tracked. 

 

RETURNS 
Aspen & Spur do not cover the cost of postage for any returns unless the item was faulty. The cost of the return postage is covered by the purchaser. Please see our returns page for more information.
