Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Aspen & Spur order.

 

Important Information Our returns policy is 30 days from the day you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging (packing slip included where applicable). We’re able to resell returned items, shipping costs are non-refundable. You must contact us before sending anything back. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted. Please contact us here.

 

Starting a Return

Contact us            and we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note: customers are responsible for return postage, and we cannot accept unpaid parcels.

 

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for socks (for hygiene reasons), sale items, gift cards, custom / made-to-order sizes. If you’re unsure, get in contact, we’re always happy to help.

Customised Products

Customised Products like our patch truckers are non returnable and non refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty and this must be reported to us within 30 days of you receiving the items. A confirmation email with pictures is sent to the email address provided on the purchase for you to approve. Once the item is approved and made, this is non returnable. Instructions on how to customise a product is on the product page. The email address for customisation is info@aspenspur.com, please check your spam and junk folders. The product is customised and therefore a 10 day turnaround policy is in place for the process, especially for specific product requirements. The item then needs to be made and sent out. The customised products will then be sent via royal mail 48 hour tracked. 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original order, and once it’s been accepted, place a new order for your preferred item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, though banks may take 5–7 working days to show the funds.
